Uplift Learning and Education Foundation is a Section 42 not-for-profit organization established to strengthen engineering and technology education in Pakistan.
Founded by experienced technologists and engineering professionals, ULEF PK operates as a national capacity-building platform focused on institutional modernization, student empowerment, and emerging technology integration.
ULEF PK works across public and private sector universities and collaborates with academic institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry networks to design and implement structured, high-impact initiatives. ULEF PK works in coordination with ULEF USA under formal collaboration frameworks to strengthen infrastructure, governance, and execution capacity.

Why ULEF Exists?
Pakistan produces thousands of engineering graduates each year. However, structural gaps continue to limit the full realization of institutional and student potential. Financial hardship, limited practical exposure, under-resourced research environments, and outdated infrastructure constrain academic competitiveness and industry alignment.
ULEF PK was established to address these systemic challenges through coordinated interventions that strengthen institutional capacity, expand access to opportunity, and align academic ecosystems with evolving global technology standards.

The Generative AI Training Program & Hackathon demonstrates this approach at scale, having engaged 23,911 students and faculty across more than 250 universities through structured training in collaboration with ULEF USA, Pak Angels, HEC and NCEAC.
